As the founder of the Multiply Group, he has helped pastors and ministry teams across the country build intentional leadership pipelines that develop everyday people into servant leaders. Through books like The Multiplication Effect and years of hands-on coaching, Mac has championed a vision that leadership development should be woven into the culture of every church. His passion is seeing volunteer leaders discover their God-given potential, grow in character and competency, and multiply their impact in the lives of others.
Johnny Pereira serves as the lead pastor of Salem Chapel in Winston-Salem, NC. With a deep commitment to discipleship and multiplication, Johnny is passionate about equipping people to grow in their faith and empowering them to live out their God-given purpose. Salem Chapel’s mission is to make, mobilize, and multiply over 10,000 disciples in 10 years in the local community and around the world.
