This three-day event, January 23-25th, is designed to equip and empower you for impactful leadership and ministry in the church, your home and the workplace.
You’ll hear inspiring updates from Pastor Johnny, gain insights and leadership tools from leadership mentor Bob Carlton of Multiplication Guru, and worship with Pastor Demetrius Hicks from New Creation Fellowship alongside our Salem Chapel worship team.
Expect personal and practical content, meaningful fellowship, team breakout sessions, and meals together, all with childcare provided.
The times of the event will be Thursday and Friday evenings starting at 6pm with a dinner and conclude each of those nights at 8:30p. Saturday morning January 25th we will have breakfast available from 8-8:45am and conclude by noon.

SPEAKERS
Bob is the founder of Multiplication Guru with over 25 years experience in church ministry and leadership development. Multiplication Guru is a non profit that equips churches, organizations and networks to experience exponential multiplication, develop proven leadership development, establish infrastructure and implementation and catalyze church planting movements. Bob’s passion is to help you multiply your Kingdom impact.
Demetrius is the pastor of Liturgy at New Creation Fellowship in Orlando, Fl. He has led churches across the United States and people of all ages, races, and backgrounds in singing to the Lord since he was a little boy. He loves traveling to preach and has released a few musical projects that you can check out wherever you enjoy music!
Johnny Pereira serves as the lead pastor of Salem Chapel in Winston-Salem, NC. With a deep commitment to discipleship and multiplication, Johnny is passionate about equipping people to grow in their faith and empowering them to live out their God-given purpose. Salem Chapel’s mission is to make, mobilize, and multiply over 10,000 disciples in 10 years in the local community and around the world.
